647 B Case Dismissal:
We assisted our client who was accused of violating 647 B, commonly known as prostitution in California. The incident occurred in a condo in South County, where our client was found in a room with a man, a frequent acquaintance of hers. During their meeting, the establishment was raided by the police. The prosecution attempted to construct a narrative suggesting the man was a paying customer. However, despite the evidence presented, including photos and pictures, our client consistently denied receiving payment for sex. It’s notable that our client had faced several other solicitation charges in the past. Despite these challenges, we successfully achieved the case’s dismissal in exchange for her commitment to community service and attending certain classes.
